A 2 hour hike up the Pinnacle with my wife turned into a nearly 4 hour expedition! We overshot the lookout, missing the intersection to either end up here for lunch or continue on another steep 3 mile climb. We climbed through fallen trees and boulders for another 45 minutes before realizing we had done something wrong.
This Italian Vermonter was exactly what we needed when we finally arrived! Serious lunch with a view!
